College. I will be receiving my Bachelor degree in May 2016 with a major in Mathematics and minor in Sociology.
This combination of disciplines has allowed me not only to develop my analytical and problem solving skills, but
also allowed me to become very adaptable and knowledgeable about research methods. I am very detail oriented and
always willing to take on a difficult project. My strong work ethic shows through the fact that I have maintained a
job all throughout my undergraduate degree. At times, I was balancing more than one job and schoolwork.
My coursework has given me a strong analytical background which will be essential for this position. In addition to
my coursework, I also had the opportunity to apply the material I have learned in my senior research project. This
project made use of different types of statistical analyses and statistical programming software in order to examine
the efficiency of a social program. My research project also allowed me to further develop my skills in statistical
methodology, and assist in research design and data collection. Throughout my undergraduate career, I have gained a
solid general knowledge of computers and MS Office, as well as proficiency in Raptor, C++, SAS, SPSS, and R.
