When Beverly Bank was founded

125 years ago, service to the
community was one of its core values,
and it remains that way today. While
needs have changed, we remain true
to our commitment because our
success is based in part on the success
of the communities we serve.

Community Involvement
Beverly Bank partners with organizations including Harborlight Community Partners, Boys and Girls Club, the
American Red Cross of Northeast Massachusetts, and the YMCA. We work together with organizations that
provide economic opportunities for our community. We contribute to community development initiatives for
economically challenged areas and contribute to community reinvestment for academic achievement and
success of local youth. Our participation and support of art and cultural events, including Montserrat College of
Arts Artrageous auction and Beverlys First Night celebration reflects our continued support of the role the
arts and cultural diversity play in the quality of life and the economic development of our community.

PREPARING AND SERVING

LENDING A HAND

On November 16th, a team of Beverly

Bank employees gathered at Lifebridge
in Salem to prepare and serve a total of
97 meals to those in need. From the meal
planning and shopping to the chopping,
stirring and portioning out dinner of
Chicken Broccoli Ziti Alfredo to the
Lifebridge guests, Beverly Bank staffers
worked faultlessly as a team.
Receptionists, mortgage lending,
compliance, human resources and
marketing, as well as Beverly Bank's
president/ceo, were on hand to
participate in this community event.

Beverly Bank employees volunteered at

Beverly Bootstraps food pantry sorting
the incoming food from the Stamp Out
Hunger National Food Drive. This drive
has delivered more than one billion
pounds of food over the past 20 years.
Beverly Bank employees also volunteered
at the Beverly Bootstraps Food Drive at
Market Basket in Danvers. A total of 12
Beverly Bank employees and their families
collected almost 1 ton of food, and $52.60
in monetary donations. The food collected
feeds the people in the surrounding
community who need food assistance.
