Creating Reports Q3

The following tasks should be carried out on the Sites report task Database.
You should ensure that the report displays the information generated in the
Growth-Query provided.

Task 1: (Do in order)

Produce a report which:
1. Displays the information generated in the Growth-Query
2. Has a page orientation of portrait
3. Fits on a single page
4. Shows only the fields Code, Country, Current Area, Potential
Area and Growth and their labels in full
5. Sorts the data into ascending order of Growth (with 0 at the
top)
6. Includes the heading Far East Sites at the top of the page
7. Has your name on the right in the page footer
8. Is saved with the name Growth-Report.

Task 2: (Do in order)

Add calculations to the report that:
1. Finds the Total (Sum) of the Growth field.
2. Finds the Average value of the Growth field
3. Finds the Max and Min of the of the Growth field
4. Each of the above calculations should be given suitable labels.

Take steps to ensure that the report is neat and tidy and that
all data is fully visible and easy to read.
