Glass Ceiling

1. Yes, I am sure that I have been treated differently, but I cannot think of a time when I was
treated differently due to my race, gender or ethnicity. Maybe I have adjusted to some of
the small things that may be seen as being mistreated and I have just ignored them.
2. Well I was out with a friend that was a girl. The waiter automatically handed me the
bill as if I was on a date with this person. In our society today, it seems as if the male
figure is assumed to be responsible for paying the bill.
3. I have not noticed differences between woman and men on campus in my time here. I
believe that I see equal opportunities for both men and women on campus. This is the
case in the leadership roles at least from what I have seen.
