    THE CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT TO THE FIRST SCHEDULE)


    (NO. 2) ORDER, 2016
    1. This Order may be cited as the Customs (Amendment to the Citation
    First Schedule) (No. 2) Order, 2016.
    2. The Customs Act is amended in the First Schedule

    Variation of
    duty in the
    First Schedule
    deleting Chap.
    78:01

    (a) under the headings 8703.23.50 and 8703.23.60, by


    in the third column the words 60% and substituting the
    words 40%;

    (b) under the heading 8703.24.90, by deleting in the third


    column the words 67.5% and substituting the words
    45%;
    (c) under the heading 8703.32.50, by deleting in the third
    column the words 60% and substituting the words 40%;
    and
    (d) under the heading 8703.33.90, by deleting in the third
    column the words 67.5% and substituting the words
    45%.
