climbing programs and youth clubs.
Student Conservation Association National Crew Member (August 2015) spent one month with the
SCA and the National Park Service on the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina maintaining and
preserving the park.
Earth Treks Climbing Team Member (2014) - trained with a team for competitions with USA Climbing
International Cancer Alliance for Research and Education (ICARE) volunteer (2013) focused on
research and raising awareness for revolutionary cancer treatments, as well as promotion and education
for the alliance.
Russian language classes (2009-2015) - Once a week private lessons with a professor. Review grammar
and history, and read and analyze Russian literature like Master and Margerita and War and Peace.
National Art Honors Society (2013-2015) contributed to the creation of murals and other art at my
school to create a friendlier environment. Volunteered at different functions with the society.

Leadership Experience:
Co-patrol leader for the Saint George Pathfinders, DC branch (scouting group) (2012-2014)
directed younger scouts and acted as a role model. Lead lessons and discussions, promoted Russian
culture and language, and helped plan events such as hikes, outings, and meetings.
Assistant troop leader for the younger branch of Saint George Pathfinders (2014 - 2015) - work with
children ages 7-10, leading lessons and activities, as well as being a mentor, advisor, and friend.
