The purpose of the project is to understand how effectively
performance management system is used by different organizations in a particular industry and to identify any problem areas in the process. This activity shall build upon your knowledge of all the content discussed in the class as it shall aid you to investigate how the process is actually carried on at various corporations. Weightage : Your final project report and presentation contains 10% of the total course weightage. Report Submission: A hard copy of the Report must be submitted on the due date. Late submissions shall not be accepted. This document shall provide an overview of what must be included in the final project report. Select your companies wisely make sure to have a useful contact person there.
