    Subject- Proposal for extension of Due Date of submission of offers from prospective
    vendors against MECONs Tender Enquiry No. 11.51.A22V/RSP SODAR dated
    14.05.2014
    MECON has received an Acceptance of Tender (A/T) no. P/Proj/EIA-EMP/HSMPellet/14049027 dtd 03.03.2014 from SAIL, RSP for EIA/EMP study for HSM and Beneficiation
    and Pellet Plants in RSP, Rourkela, Odisha.
    Based on requisition from Environmental Engineering Section, Contracts Engineering Section
    uploaded tender enquiry No. 11.51.A22V/RSP SODAR dated 14.05.2014 for carrying out Upper
    Air Monitoring using SODAR for EIA/EMP study of RSP Projects at Rourkela on CPP Portal
    (www.eprocure.gov.in) and MECONs website (www.meconlimited.co.in) with the due date of
    submission of tender as 04.06.2014.
    As such, no offer has been received within the due date of submission for the above referred
    package.
    It is therefore requested to extend the period of tender upto 18.06.2014 so as to receive offers
    from various prospective bidders.
