Edwards Executive Education Student Payment Plan

We understand that some students may require flexibility in funding their professional
development. As such, the Executive Education Department now offers a payment plan for
program registrants.
For students who would like to pay in installments, the following payment plan may be used,
which includes 5% GST:

At time of registration no later than two weeks prior to program start

First day of Module 1 February 29, 2016
First day of Module 3 April 1, 2016
First day of Module 5 April 29, 2016
First day of Module 7 May 27, 2016

Students who fail to submit payments promptly may be prohibited from attending their next
module until payments are up to date. Students who fail to pay in full prior to Module 7 may be
prohibited from attending Modules 8 and 9 to complete the exam and final project.
If you would like to use the aforementioned plan to pay in installments, please read and sign
the agreement below, and submit a copy to the Edwards Executive Education office.

Certificate in Project Management Course in manner outlined in the above plan. I understand
that failure to make payments on or before the dates outlined above may result in my removal
from the program, or in my program completion being delayed.
