System for PhilHealth CARES

The PhilHealth CARES project was created with the primary objective to
empower members by providing essential information on membership
concerns, eligibility and benefits in the hospitals where they are
strategically deployed.
In consonance with the initiative, an inquiry system called i-CARES was
developed to support the CARES in carrying out this function. Contrary
to the creation of this system, there have been reports that the i-CARES
system is not consistent with the other database used by the
Corporation. This is why we are requesting your good office for the
pulling out of the i-CARES system used by the CARES in the hospitals. It
is important for CARES to have the same format of information as with
the hospitals and provide consistency in giving out information to our
members. In addition to this, may we request that the CARES be able to
use the IHCP Portal with the following user requirements:
1) Member Inquiry with wildcard search option and bday
2) Contributions history with pmais, premis, treasury database lookup
and OFW SP Validity
3) Benefit availment history
4) Tally sheet
5) Reference history
6) User profile/resetting of password
