Relationship and Motivation Plan

Artifact Share- If it is special to you. It is special to me.
In the student/parent letter that I send out, I will ask my
students to bring in something that is important or special to
them anytime between Monday- Friday of the first week of
school.
Throughout the week, we would share what the item is why
that item is to special.
On Friday, at the end of the day we would do an activity
pertaining to our artifacts. (ie. draw a picture pertaining to that
item, or writing a paragraph about that item.)
Vision Board My motivation plan is to have students create a mini vision
board to be placed on the wall. The class as a whole will create
one and pace it in the middle. Our vision boards will be visual
representations of what we want to accomplish. We will do this
twice a year, once at the beginning and once in January.

up the clip chart.
If a student gets to pink and stays on pink they will get a jewel
put on their clip. Once their clip has 5 jewels it will go to the
hall of fame and they will start all over.
Every student has the opportunity to earn tickets for staying on
green or moving up to blue, purple, or pink.
Green=1 Ticket
Blue= 2 Tickets
Purple= 3 Tickets
Pink = 4 Tickets
A student can use their tickets to get stuff out of the class prize
bins (1-9 tickets). Once student has 10 tickets they can shop
from the class coupon book.
Students will also have the chance to become ANCHOR of the
week. Every student will be displayed at least once and they
will be recognized in the class newsletter.
