on the relevant points came up from your side, we would like to state as under.
1. Our calculations are based on 3 FSI available for this property situated at
Gamdevi Opposite Babulnath Temple, Mumbai
2. A cashable bank guarantee will be furnished to the owners at the appropriate
time for a mutually agreed period
3. Advance rent and other expenses in consequent thereto shall be borne as per
your terms and subject to privilege practice in this regard
