Electronic Test Bench :

1. Qty. one no. having Universal calibrator, Pressure calibrator , Digital manometer,
Vacuum generator and one Temp. bath.
2. One calibration software for all calibrators with networking through mux card or
etc. ETB should have the facility to calibrate more than two transmitters
simultaneously without changing hardware.
3. One no 5 digit multimeter, dual 24 v DC power supply,AC supply.
4. No pneumatic supply in ETB. No external compressed air supply.
5. Calibration report should be in our supplied format.
6. One PC with printer (Laser jet) Make HP having following configuration.

Pneumatic Test Bench :

1. One deadweight tester and one comparator and all pneumatic arrangements.
2. Place for all test gauges, regulator, AFR, thermometer, U-tube manometer, and
one temp bath.
3. Arrangement for calibration of control valve with positioner.
4. Tubing and fitting for pneumatic tapping to the instruments.
5. Arrangements for external compressed air supply.
