Take PTW
Open the panel.
Open the Relay cover.
Remove the Relay from its cabinet.
Clean the Relay with soft brush & Electrical cleaner.
Insert the Relay in its cabinet.
Make all the connections in Relay testing kit & relay testing Plug.
Insert the Relay testing Plug.
Inject current/voltage as per the testing requirement.
Switch ON the aux. Supply to Relay as per requirement.
Check the operation of the relay & record the operating time.
Switch OFF the aux. Power supply.
Switch OFF the power supply to test kit.
Make adjustments in the Relay if required.
Repeat the testing procedure & record the operating time.
Remove the relay-testing Plug.
Close the relay cover.
Close the panel.
Remove all the man and materials from site.
Clean the site.
Close the panel door and return the PTW.
