ENDURANCE ACTIVITY WITH MANIPULATIVE

1) Students start with a jump rope and jump 20 times. **If the
student cannot jump rope, successfully, the student may lay
the jump rope on the floor and jump over the rope 20 times
side to side.
2) The student then runs to the other end of the lane to the
hula-hoop. The student does 20 rotations. **If the student
cannot hula-hoop, the student may spin the hula-hoop on
their arm for 20 rotations.
3) After the student finishes hula-hooping, they will repeat
the jump rope activity again, adding 10 more jumps/rotations
each time.
4) Stop when the music stops and check your heart rate.
