shall be permitted to waeh socks, underwear or other
apparel in any batbrooms or rooms in t l ~ eh o w or in
any wash-bowl in tbe house; and any person found
violating this rule shall be immediately reported to
the house manager, who dull take proper action to
see that it is not repeated.
