goals are general, and objectives are specific and measureable. Your goals and objectives should reflect a
thoughtful and deliberate plan. Please make sure that your goals and objectives are achievable and
assessable within the year. However, keep in mind that they are not absolutes. Goals and objectives may
change as a natural part of working on and toward their completion. Feel free to work with your dean or

TEACHING, COUNSELING, LIBRARY SERVICE

Continue to develop and modify course material for BUS 101 and MGMT 226 based on
peer review feedback and master teacher observation
Incorporate library services within courses by embedding a librarian in BUS 101 and
MGMT 226 courses and offering lib guides
Create ways to engage students in online classes to build rapport, by incorporating google
hangouts as a way to connect with students and incorporating more video recorded
lectures and updates.

DEPARTMENT, CAMPUS, AND COLLEGE SERVICE

Become involved in Management department meetings and assist with department


activities and any other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Attend meetings and successfully complete activities and assignments related to HACC
101 and HACC 102
Participate in college wide symposiums
Make progress toward completing dissertation

which may include maintaining your professional licenses, memberships, attending conferences and
college in-service programs, workshops, etc.
