BRIEF PROFILE
RASHMI SHARMA
Mrs. Rashmi Sharma, vice chairman ISTD Nashik chapter, is an Industrial Psychologist. She has a rich and varied background
as personal manager, coach, consultant, counselor, trainer therapist and professor. With 11 years of experience as personnel
manager and HR trainer she has had several hands on experiences with the industrial setup. She has worked as trainer and
industrial consultant: for industries & institutes in and around Nashik.
As a certified psychologist she has enjoyed a professional career of over a decade as a counselor, coach and consultant and has
been practicing specialized in counseling therapy and training methods in individual, educational and corporate environment.
Rashmi Sharma has also been associated with the academic field for more than 8 years having worked as a professor for Human
Resource Development with the Symbiosis International University. With expertise in the field of Organizational Behavior and
Change Management she has been extensively involved in management development programs and management consulting
services for Symbiosis.
She has contributed in Research and consultancy for premier companies and presented research papers both at international
and national levels. A topper and gold medalist, she has a first class with distinction in industrial psychology from Pune
University and a PG certification specialization -‘Counseling and Therapy’ from the Common Wealth Society of London.

RACHANA NAURIYAL
A certified internal auditor in ISO 9000- 2001 Quality Management Systems, Rachana Nauriyal is experienced in training
personnel from the corporate and industrial sectors. She specializes in the training areas of Business Communication and
Communication skills. She also has experience of working in various administrative and managerial positions in her
professional career of more than 15 years.
Till recently, she was Branch Head for the English Language Training Institute of Symbiosis. She also has worked as a
consultant for Overseas Education and promotion of British and Australian Education. She is presently, faculty for Business
communication for MBA at the Symbiosis.
She is associated as a coach with Human Development Programs for the Holistic Living Centre, an organization committed to
empowering human potential. She has also worked as an OD specialist and coached at a managerial level in the service
industry. She presently consults as a human resource solution provider to various industries and services in and around Nashik.
