Welcome client groups arriving at a venue and provide
information to approaching spectators.
Greet spectators and ensure they have the appropriate ticket for
the event.
Marshal spectators along a route while monitoring and controlling
crowds to ensure safety.
Provide directions and assist spectators in finding their seat
location.
Assist in resolving issues and answering questions.
Monitor access to key locations and ensure only those with
appropriate accreditation enter the specified area.
