M ain Business Idea:

The main business idea is to that there is less
availability of different parts of sport cars in
Peshawar area so we came with idea to import
different parts of sports car and decorative
accessories of sports cars by order or to make
them available in local market for the customers.
The promotions we use social media, bill boards,
different sport events and car shows. We also
prove foreign mechanic for tuning sport cars. Our
location is Shoba bazar.

we have introduced 3 projects

1. Availability of sports bikes accessories.
We have done these innovation in our proposal
because our first project is related to our main
business that is sport cars and we feel that
those youngers who cant purchase sport cars
or dont like cars they like bikes and have craze
of sport bikes therefore we are going to
provided different sport bikes parts and
accessories locally by importing them from
abroad.
This is incremental innovation .

2. New sources of supplier.

In our business we feel that customers, not
all but some of them in local market are
price conscious they do not go behind
quality but only stay on low price. For
covering these types of customers we are
going to avail new source of supplier. On the
basis of this we have decided to import
some of the parts for bikes and cars from
china as they produce with low cost good
appearance.
this is new sources of supplier innovation

3) New market innovation.

For the every business growth is necessary
therefore we have decided to expand our
business from Peshawar to other city of the
country like Lahore and Islamabad. And we
have decided to open our branches there.
We know that the competition is tough but
we have to compete.
