The SDO- Las Pias through the superintendent, Dr. Loreta B. Torrecampo
initiates the intensive remedial instructions, in-depth tutoring of pupils and mentoring
of teachers, comprehensive instructions and Saturday Enhancement programs for the
three grades in preparation for the said tests.
Classes in 3rd, 6th and 10th grades allot at least 15 minutes for the review of
skills to prepare them and have mastery of the skills learned.
The Saturday enhancement programs enable the teacher to really hone
their pupils of the skills that needs to be improved.
All the schools in the division joined hands in the said endeavor that aims
to farther increase the result of this annual National Achievement tests and to have a
quality education.
The division aspires to really augment the results through the collaborative
efforts of the people directly involved in the development of the child-the teachers and
the parents.
Intensive home visitations are also practiced in the teaching-learning
process.
As an incentive to the teacher they were given compensatory service credits
for the services they rendered beyond office hours and provision of snacks for the
pupils.
