TYPES OF ARTICLES

ORIGINAL ARTICLE:
It is the result of a research process that part of a working hypothesis
and specific objectives to reach concrete conclusions, also showing a
certain scientific results and the discussion and analysis of these.
The total length of the article, including references, shall not exceed 12
pages.
Must have a maximum of ten figures or tables per article.
BRIEF ORIGINAL ARTICLE:
It is an original article, but to a lesser extent, being the products of a
research also lower, usually used to present descriptive or retrospective
studies.
The length of the article, including references, shall not exceed six
pages.
Must have a maximum of four figures or tables per article.
CLINICAL CASE REPORT:
It is appropriate for the exhibition, description and discussion of
individual cases or very unusual, observed in an individual or a small
group of individuals; usually it includes possible treatment or
intervention.
REVIEW ARTICLE:
Text, which is a complete, structured and simple, the text provides an
overview on a topic from all possible perspectives, providing a synthesis
of current knowledge (art studio) available in this regard.
SPECIAL ARTICLE:
Work done on behalf of most of the time, and that with greater freedom
than in an original article, allows the author to the exhibition, discussion
and commentary on a relevant subject from a particular perspective and
expert without being subject to the usual structure of an original article.
