For any non deliverable task below are mandatory example support:
a) IQA - Internal (With in Team)
b) EQA - External(External LOB)
c) Release EQA reviewer
Create Item, Phase and Task. Assign the newly created task to associates.
IPMS -> Launch (Second) -> Project management(3 tab) -> Left hand Side (Item )
a) First Change Flash Mode to Lite Mode for better editing
b) Create Item and save item

c) Go to in Phase- Press new tab

d) Go to Task Press new tab Save it

CIBC_TRMT_EDH_BUILD(Excalibur)

I) Select the above created task and press assign task

II) Assign the task to members who are allocated in the above given WON and update the effort
column also.
III) Save it

IQA; EQA; FI; and Release

a) Go to Task tab at Left Hand Side
b) Then go to Create manage task tab
c) Select the task which you have been created in above steps.
I) Select and copy the newly created task

II) New task will be created with prefix COPY_OF

III) Remove the copy of and append IQA as suffix in task name
IV) Change V&V type as IQA, task category as Review, Planned start and end
V) Save above

d) Same steps need to repeat for creating EQA task

FI)

IQA & EQA Initiation:

Press Initiate IQA/EQA in Left most side

First Assign the task:

Then save and close.

Press Initiate EQA:

Add Reviewer:

Select reviewer in global pool:

Update the below screen:

Save & above screen and press the mail button.

To complete IQA:
Fill the time sheet 1 hr in IQA and 8 in normal task.
