Efforts continue to discover duly made records in the Roman Zadorov trial in the
Nazareth District Court:
a. Request has been filed in the Nazareth District Court - for rendering a decision on
a request, which was filed last December to inspect duly made Arrest Warrant...
Regardless of a series of requests to inspect the records in the Nazareth District
Court, no decision has been rendered on this matter to this date...
b. Request has been filed in the Supreme Court - for rendering a decision on a
request that was filed a couple of months ago, to inspect the original, signed paper
records of previously published decisions from the Nazareth paper court file, which
is today held by the Supreme Court. The parties did not object to the inspection, but
the Supreme Court has not rendered a decision on this matter to this date.
However, inspection of the 2010 judgment records in the electronic court file in the
Office of the Clerk of the Nazareth District Court, and inspection of the original paper
records, which were filed with the appeal in the Supreme Court have already
established that no authentic, duly made 2010 judgment records were entered in the
Nazareth District Court in the Zadorov murder trial, pertaining to his conviction and
his sentencing to life imprisonment...

Attorney Avigdor Feldman, Zadorov's counsel in the appeal explained that the
Nazareth Court's judgment records couldn't be discovered, since they had been lost
in the wailing winds of the Jezreel valley...
Serious concerns are raised that Judges Yitzhak Cohen, Esther Hellman and Haim
Galpaz conducted "fabricated"./sham/simulated trial in the Nazareth District Court.
Their conduct during the trial itself, as well as Judges Esther Hellman's and Avraham
Avraham's conduct relative to the requests to inspect only strengthen such
concerns. Failure of the Supreme Court so far to render a decision on the request to
inspect the Nazareth paper court file is also unusual...
Reopening the Tair Rada murder investigation and conducting a new trial for
Roman Zadorov are long overdue. Denial of public access to the original,
signed, decision records from the Nazareth District Court only heightens
!public mistrust of the justice system

A. State of Israel v Roman Zadorov (502-07) in the Nazareth District Court - the
quest for the electronic Arrest Warrant

Request has been filed for rendering a decision on the request to inspect the
electronic Arrest Warrant. The request says:
1.
Starting on December 27, 2015, (Request No 111) I filed a series of requests
to inspect decisions, judgments, and arrest warrant in instant court file.
2.
Instant court file was initially administered as a paper court file, and later as
an electronic court file in Net-HaMishpat IT system of the Court.
3.
Regarding the paper court file, Chief Clerk Oshrat Avichezer says that it
currently is under the custody of the Supreme Court. Accordingly, I filed
requests to inspect it in the Supreme Court.

Regarding the electronic court file, around the middle of January, 2016, a
perverted "Decision" record by Judge Esther Hellman was published, which
permitted inspection of the judgment records in the electronic court file. I indeed
exercised the inspection of the judgment records in Net-HaMishpat in the Office
of the Clerk of the Nazareth District Court.

In contrast, the Nazareth District Court has never decided at all regarding my
request to inspect of the duly made Arrest Warrant. Such Arrest Warrant was
supposed to be rendered in the electronic court file, following the September 14,
2010 Sentencing, which imposed on Roman Zadorov life imprisonment on
murder conviction, overlapping two year imprisonment on obstruction of
investigation conviction, and/or following the February 24, 2014 Supplemental
Judgment. Such Arrest Warrant also fails to appear in the Decisions Docket in
Net-HaMishpat public access system.

Therefore, I herein request that the Court render a decision on my request to
inspect a duly made Arrest Warrant (if it exists at all) in the electronic court file in
Net-HaMishpat. In case no such Arrest Warrant exists in the electronic court file,
the Court is requested to explicitly state so in its decision.
In compliance with the law and the fundamentals of Due Process, the Court should
grant instant request and render the its decision regarding my request to inspect a
duly made Arrest Warrant in the electronic court file.

C. Inspection of the electronic decision records in Net-HaMishpat (IT system of

the court) in the Nazareth District Court was partially exercised, and
documented serious fraud by the district judges - falsification of the judgment
records!

At the same time, Presiding Judge Avraham Avraham of the Nazareth District Court,
Chief Clerk Oshrat Avichezer, and the Administration of Courts refuse to
answer: a. Who is lawfully charged with the duty and authority to enter judgment
records under the Judgment Docket in Net-HaMishpat in the Nazareth District
Court? b. Does the entry of a court record as a Judgment, Verdict, and/or
Sentencing under the Judgment Docket in Net-HaMishpat indicate that it is
indeed a lawfully made, valid and effectual judgment in the respective court
file? c. Does the failure to register a court records as a Judgment, Verdict, and/or
Sentencing under the Judgment Docket in Net-HaMishpat indicate that it is
indeed not a lawfully made, valid and effectual judgment in the respective court file?
Needless to say, the matter is addressed in great detail in the British Mandate
period Regulations of the Court Registration Office(1936), but Israeli Regulations
of the Courts Office of the Clerk (2004) are entirely silent on this matter.

A court, where there is no valid and honest entry of judgments, and instead - vague
and ambiguous judgment records are maintained, would no doubt be deemed
incompetent and/or corrupt court!

D. The unreasonable conduct of the Nazareth District Judge was highlighted in
ad hominem attacks on expert witnesses for the Defence.

feature of the proceedings in Nazareth - Dr Maya Forman, senior, retired Israel
Police Officer Alex Peleg, Haim Sadovski. Such attacks was accompanied by
overlooking key evidence.
The acceptance of purported testimony of expert witness Dr Hen Kugel by hearsay
was an entire affair by itself.
Conduct of the Nazareth District Court vis a vis the expert witnesses in itself should
render that court incompetent and lead to voiding its proceedings.
Any appeal, which is conducted based on the records of the Nazareth District Court
should be deemed futile for the same reasons.

E. Judge Yitzhak Cohen was exposed to extorsion during the trial - due to
complaints against him of serious sex offenses.

Figure 6: Soon after the end of the Zadorov trial, Judge Yitzhak Cohen, who
presided in the case, and whose conduct was the most extreme among the judges,
resigned on the background of investigation of sex crimes. Over half a year ago,
media reported that Israel Police recommended his indictment... But it ain't
happening...
Media reported that already during the proceedings in the Zadorov trial such
complaints were filed against Judge Cohen, leaving him exposed to extortion by
police and the State Prosecution. Commissioner of Prosecutorial Oversight initiated
review of complaints against the State Prosecution in this matter. According to media
reports- Attorney General Yehuad Weintstein ordered the review closed.

appeal process, originated from no authentic judgment records of the
Nazareth District Court.

G. Police investigation in this case is extremely unreasonable, appearing as

framing Zadorov, while letting off the hook the most likely suspects...

Figure 10: Hairs (photograph from the evidence material), dozens of fingerprints
(schematic figure), and DNA samples (schematic figure), which match neither the
victim Tair, nor Roman Zadorov, were discovered in the crime scene. As long as the
authorities continue to refuse to investigate and determine to whom these samples
belong, one cannot see them as acting honestly. Pertaining to another suspect,
prior to Zadorov, police immediately retrieved mobile phone location data, an verified
his alibi. Regarding Roman Zadorov, who had an alibi - he was near the school gate
waiting for cement, no mobile location data were presented. Neither were location
data presented regarding the victims school "friends", who according to testimonies
were in the bathroom during the murder...
