Trinity operational news update:

ISE results online
We are pleased to announce the following system improvements and reminders. These are designed to
address some of the operational issues you have raised recently and to ensure you have the information
that you need.

With effect from 4 May 2016:

Easier to identify approved ISE results - the results view on the Trinity centre portal has been updated
so that approved results are clear.

New guidance Understanding ISE results available online. This document provides important
information on how ISE results are calculated.

Shorter, easier-to-print Results Summary a new horizontal layout for results summary PDF
documents makes them easier to read and easier to print. Note, if any results are pending, the cells
will appear blank.

Easier-to-print Diagnostic Profile Reports smaller sized PDFs, split by level, will be emailed to you
instead of a single large document containing all levels. Further formatting improvements are
planned for later in the year.

Confirmed results for Reading & Writing module will be issued only after results have been approved
(no provisional results issued).

Speaking & Listening results no change except for easier-to-print documents as above. Remember,
results can only be considered final when they have been approved and certificates have been issued.

Cumulative Results Summaries and Diagnostic Reports including an overall ISE Pass or Fail result for
each candidate will continue to be emailed when available results for both modules are issued.

You can re-enter candidates who fail one or both modules as soon as their original results are
approved (or if Absent is displayed in the portal). Remember to match the candidate identification
number with their original number.

Certificate turnaround times

We would also like to take this opportunity to assure you that we are actively seeking ways of making
further operational improvements including reducing certificate turnaround times. We will provide you
with a status update on this later in the year.

Actualizacin de noticias operativas de Trinity:

Resultados online de ISE
Nos complace anunciaros las siguientes mejoras del sistema y recordatorios. Estas mejoras se han
diseado para tratar algunos de los aspectos operativos que habis planteado recientemente y para
asegurar que tenis toda la informacin necesaria.

Con efecto desde el 4 de mayo de 2016:

Resultados aprobados (validados) de ISE ms fciles de identificar la vista de resultados en el

centre portal de Trinity se ha actualizado para que los resultados aprobados estn claros.

Nueva gua Entendiendo los resultados de ISE disponible online. Este documento proporciona
importante informacin sobre cmo se calculan los resultados ISE.

Resumen de Resultados ms corto y fcil de imprimir un nuevo formato horizontal para los
documentos PDF de resumen de resultados hace que sean ms fciles de leer e imprimir. Nota, si hay
resultados pendientes, las celdas aparecern en blanco.

Informes de Perfil Diagnstico ms fciles de imprimir se os enviarn por email documentos PDF
de menor tamao, divididos por nivel, en lugar de un nico documento de gran tamao con todos los
niveles. Hay programadas ms mejoras de formato aplicar durante el resto del ao.

Resultados confirmados para el modulo Reading & Writing se emitirn solo cuando los resultados
hayan sido validados (no se emitirn resultados provisionales).

Resultados de Speaking & Listening sin cambios, excepto por los documentos ms fciles de
imprimir mencionados anteriormente. Recordad, los resultados slo pueden ser considerados
definitivos cuando hayan sido aprobados (validados) y se hayan emitido los certificados.

Los Resmenes de Resultados Acumulativos e Informes de Diagnstico incluyendo un resultado

general de ISE como Aprobado o Suspenso para cada candidato seguirn siendo enviados por email
cuando se emitan los resultados disponibles para ambos mdulos.

Se pueden re-matricular candidatos que suspendan uno o ambos mdulos tan pronto como sus
resultados originales sean aprobados (o si se indica Ausente en el portal). Recordad que es
necesario vincular el nmero de identificacin del candidato con su nmero original.

Tiempos de entrega de certificados

Nos gustara aprovechar esta oportunidad para aseguraros que estamos buscando activamente formas
de realizar otras mejoras, incluyendo la reduccin de los tiempos de entrega de los certificados. Os
proporcionaremos una actualizacin sobre el estado de este tema a lo largo del ao.
