1)Paint Removal by rotary wet jet garnet blasting
method
2) Patching repair to existing holes and missing
portions using compatible and approved composition
to match existing
3)Consolidation of friable plaster with silicic acid
ethyl ester based product.
4) Allow the surface to be dry and well cleaned.
4) Completely remove all traces of oil and grease
from the surface by using a high pressure water
cleaner
5) Seal off the porosity and smooth off any uneven
parts in the substrate.
6) Mix well and apply one coat of Silexcolor primer
with a brush or a roller.
7) 8) After the substrate is sufficiently cured and dry,
apply silexcolor paint diluted with silexcolor primer
(20%) with a brush or a roller.
9) Protect from rain at least 24 hours and apply the
second coat.
