SOME HISTORY:
Red Bull is an energy drink distributed
by the company Red Bull GmbH.1 It
was created by Austrian Dietrich
Mateschitz founded Red Bull in the
80s developed a unique marketing
concept.
The first can was sold on April 1, 1987
in his home country, Austria, being
not only launching a completely new
product but the birth of the energy
drink category.

WHAT IS IT?
Red Bull Energy Drink is a
functional beverage that
contains mainly water,
sugar (sucrose, glucose),
caffeine
and
various
vitamins (niacin, taurine,
pantothenic acid, B6 and
B12).

According to the manufacturer the drink has an


invigorating and detoxifying effect scientifically
proven and properties that increase physical abilities
and mental speed power.

It is a functional drink and


not to quench thirst, which
has been designed for
consumption at times of high
physical and mental demands
