Attention Parents:
We will be utilizing cooking utensils such as knives and other equipment today. This includes using a
small electric grill. With using such items there is always a risk of injury. We will take every precaution
necessary and do our best to keep your child safe and under supervision at all times. We will ensure a
safe & educational environment. In the event of an accident, we will call you immediately and notify
you. If you cannot be contacted we will try the emergency contact listed. If your child has any
medical conditions, learning disabilities or special needs please let me know! All information is
