Venturas, for example). Similar to the 'Gangs Rule the Streets' cheat, except pedestrians are basically "replaced" by
gangsters, so they drive around etc aswell.

Peds are all Asian dudes with katanas. Traffic is black PCJ-600's, and BF-400's, and FCR-900's. Even cop cars are all
black. Get katana.

Funhouse Theme *

CJ's appearance changes - a clown nose appears, red hair etc. Pedestrians are replaced with cluckin' bell/well stacked
pizza/burger shot workers, and so on. Ice cream vans are seen regularly, and more..

Slut Magnet *
Attract sluts with sex toys & get gimp suit.

Full Weapon Aiming Whilst Driving *

Aim and shoot at passing pedestrians/vehicles, just like your homies would during drive-by shootings.

Peds Come After You

* Cheats were not officially released by Rockstar Games. They were discovered by edisoncarter from GTA
Forums by wiring the PS2 controller up to the PC's parallel port and trying numerous combinations at high
speed. Needless to say, this is not recommended for people to try at home, since it also requires special
software to make this work.

Quests through the source code of the game also reveal various hidden button codes for special cheats, yet the
button combinations are up to the point of writing unknown. Perhaps we shall find out the combinations in the
future, but for now these cheats can only be triggered with cheat devices. The unknown cheats include (but are
not limited to):

all cars with nitrous

all cars with hydraulics

infinite health

infinite ammo

infinite oxygen

never wanted

anyone can be recruited to your gang

spawn Hunter

spawn Dozer

all streetlights "strobe" streetlights

all cars turn into bikes / countryside cars / sports cars / special vehicles

'mission select' code (known to have been used in beta stages, possibly removed)

The rest of the cheat codes and more were finally found 6 months after release not through the brute
force method, but by interpreting the hash values created by different combinations of button presses, and
then comparing the resulting hashes with hashes for cheat codes programmed into the game. Due to the way
the game's cheat codes are programmed (32-bit), it was discovered that every cheat had a huge number of
different button combinations that triggered it. So far the list of codes ending with L1 has been extracted, and
the estimated number of working combinations is over 200,000.
