This is in support to the Annual celebration of the National Teacher's Month from 5 September to 5 October 2015 This is the Prayer for Teachers God of wisdom, greatest Teacher of all, look with love and kindness on teachers everywhere. Give them strength of body, largeness of hearts and soundness of mind so that they may perform their task with vigor, competence, compassion, and patience. Help them to be committed to their mission to shape the tender minds of the young in the knowledge of the truth, the love for your creation and the value of peace in this world. We ask this through Christ our Lord, Amen. I, therefore, decree that for the year 2016 our celebration of the National ‘Teacher's Month in this Diocese is the month of September and the National Prayer for teachers be prayed after Communion in all Masses of weekends in September and on the first Sunday of September the Prayer for Vocations and on the last Sunday of September during the Laity Week a duly approved Prayer for the Laity as well.
