Sealed OPEN tenders for and on behalf of President of India are invited by The Chief Medical
Superintendent, Divisional Railway Hospital, Rajkot on prescribed forms for the following
works. The tender forms costing Rs.1000/-( If required by post Rs. 1500/-.) each non-refundable
will be issued up to 11.00 Hrs., on the date shown against the work and received up to 16.00
Hrs. and opened at 16.30 hours on the same day. The tenders not accompanied by Earnest
Money, which is required to be deposited in any of the firms as indicated in the tender copy will
be summarily rejected. Tender fees under Indian Postal order, Demand Draft and Money Order
will not be accepted. It should be remitted with any of the Station Master of the Western Railway
and money receipt in original should be produce to this office for obtaining the tender form up to
17.00 hours of working day, not earlier than 15 days before the date of opening. Earnest Money
receipt should be in the name of Senior Divisional Finance Manager, Western Railway, Rajkot.
