What will happen when Humanity integrates with

Technology?

Reality
While there will probably be some negative effects, there will be even
more positive ones
Primary positive effects
Humans will become more adaptable
Humans will become more connected
Human lifespans will increase
Human brainpower will increase

Adaptable
Todays culture has taught our brains to work differently than previous
generations
This generation has a heightened ability to find and decipher information
Brain plasticity

Various nanonbot systems are being developed to allow the body to

fight more pathogens
Deep Brain stimulation technology will soon progress to the point of
being able to treat nearly all neurological disorders

Connected
Implantable digital sensors have already begun to be used to give
humans extra sensors
They work off of other sensors, for example one would allow you to hear wi-fi

Technology is also being developed to make existing senses more

precise
Brain-Computer interfacing will allow humans to communicate with
each other and the internet almost instantly

Lifespans
Nanobot technology is being developed that when injected into the
bloodstream will be able to constantly monitor the state of the
entire body
The same nanobots will eventually be developed to the point where
they can defend the body as well as monitor it

Brainpower
Neural implants will amplify the brains performance
Brain-Computer interfacing will allow users to access the entirety of
the internet and the computing power of a computer almost
instantly
The technological culture we live in is forcing our brains to work faster
and more efficiently to keep up

Research Process
Meta analysis was conducted using six different
scientific, peer-reviewed journals relating to this topic
directly. The journals were analyzed for qualitative
data concerning their content and their individual
perspectives on the research question, then
organized into a chart which I then drew my
conclusions from.
