employees will not be responsible or liable for any injury, disability, accident that may be
caused or in the event of death of self, my spouse, my dependents and my guests while using
the Swimming pool or within the area of the Swimming Pool complex, Noida Golf Course
Society (Regd.) Sector-38 Noida, which includes the main swimming pool, children swimming
pool and all attached facilities of the pool, starting from the ground floor.

I, my spouse, my dependents and my guests, are using the Swimming pool at our own risk and
peril and this Indemnity Bond covers the period of one year from the date of opening of the
Swimming Pool of Noida Golf Course.
