All Interested Religious Congregations in the Diocese

For all interested Religious Congregations who are looking for a lot to
put up their Mission House or their Formation House in Metro Manila, there is
a 2,500 sq.m. lot being put on sale in Kiko, Camarin, Caloocan City, personally
owned by Sr. Evangeline S. Africa of the La Sallete Sisters. Those interested
may contact her at this CP No. 09228095253 and ask for further details.
In case the said lot seems too big for your use, several Religious
Congregations may divide the lot into half or a quarter of its size. I asked the
owner to give a preference in favor of Religious Congregations rather than
others to avoid other sects or denominations interested from acquiring the lot.
The Diocese shows no interest in acquiring this lot because of our
impending construction of Kristong Hari ChurchShrine for the Youth along
Commonwealth Avenue. In case anybody of the Religious Congregations is
interested to acquire the lot, our Properties Department headed by Fr. Marlou
Lemaire, our Oeconomo, in coordination with RCAM would be willing to help
facilitate the sale to protect your interest as well.
