SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Senior System Engineer is a lead engineer role, henceforth referred to as DCS Lead. The DCS Lead will be the overall technical lead in projects and have
responsibility for the design, development and testing of our DeltaV systems within our projects, supported from Emersons international engineering oices. The
DCS Lead engineer shall take part in direct customer interfaces sitting in front and discuss design and technology philosophies and take part in FEED studies.
The DCS Lead Engineer will be working in a team with other engineers, where the DCS Lead is responsible for the overall topology and design.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Take directly part in customer interfaces during technical design and philosophies sitting in front of customers and take part in FEED studies etc.
Overall responsible for the technical lay out, topology and functionality of control systems
Responsible for customer meetings for technical clarifications
Configuration and programming of DeltaV systems including logics, HMI, communications etc.
Preparation of DS, FS, IQ, OQ, test documents and preparation of project documentation
Planning and execution of FAT and SAT tests according to agreed time schedule
Support sales with technical solutions and pricing if agreed

Desired Skills and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS
Educated within automation, electronic, communication system, industrial IT
Minimum 5 years experiences within technical specifications, configuration and programming of control systems
Preferably with process experiences within the Batch industry or the Oil & gas market
