Electrical Engineers
JOB SUMMARY
Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and
manufacturing methods.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to
Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research
programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling,
and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from
operators.
Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements;
researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and
equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space
requirements, and equipment layout.
Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing
finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming
manufacturing processes.
Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production,
labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future
requirements.
Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and
requests.
Apply safe work practices for safer plant condition, housekeeping, and efficiency
of operation in compliance with prescribed QMS, GMPs and 5S processes.
Apply Food safety Management requirements at production floor
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services;
following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting
special service.
Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.

 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Monitor & control production performance in-terms of workforce, speed of
machine, idle time, stoppage time and ensure correct reporting of datas (data
collection + validation) through OMP.
Carryout trial studies/continuous improvement activities as applicable in
coordination with Production Manager.

.1 Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Production / Industrial Engineering .
2 years experience as production engineer.
Very Good English and Arabic, written and spoken
Very Good computer skills.
Very good analytical skills
