Mechanical Engineer
• Responsible for preparation of all installation and selection document for all mechanical equipment.
• Actively involved in preparation of all installation and selection documents for all mechanical equipment: - pressure vessel,
compressor, chiller, scrubber, and pump.
• Supporting senior piping engineer in preparing piping material for installation, piping route and construct isometric drawing
and as build drawing for completion report.
• Responsible for installation of Fire Alarm System for the plant based on drawing provided by consultant. Provide revised
drawing according to client requested.
• Supporting senior instrument engineer for preparation and installation of instrument equipment.
• Actively involved in termination of cable after finished installation of instrument equipment.
• Actively involved in Loop Checking after finished termination of instrument equipment.
Key Achievement
• Successfully completed EPCC project worth RM 24 Million at Kulim Hi Tech, Kedah within the deadline.
• Successfully delivered E&I project worth RM 3 Million at Bintulu, Sarawak within the deadline.
Boustead Naval Shipyard (BNS) Sdn Bhd (Jun 2015 – August 2015)
Job Description
• Placed under Department of Mechanical, Yard Services BNS Sdn Bhd. Actively involved with the routine activities
according to the respective department such as hydraulic system maintenance for shunting carriage, preventative
maintenance for machines, HVAC, mechanical appliance inspection, shiplift maintenance (gearbox, lower sheave, wire
rope and drum) and supporting manpower during any ship’s operation process.
Internship Project
• Directly involved with the shiplift operation. The operations was about changing drum of lower sheave and changing old
lubricant with the new one for gear box of hoist at the shiplift. The new procedures have been proposed to operate the
operation efficiently especially for changing old lubricant operation. Besides, other solutions also have been proposed to
counter the other problem.
