Job Response:
 Responsible for planning and executing the work related to an assigned scope. The assigned scope is determined
and customized based on the project’s work breakdown structure, geographic distribution and general ‘needs’.
 Assigned to the project commencing with FEED and ITT preparation and continue through detailed engineering,
procurement, construction, systems completion and start-up
 Prepare & Review Technical Bid Requisitions with project requirements to allow outsourcing of Bought-out
Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentations equipment’s.
 Review Major Sub-vendor/Contractor proposals adhering to project engineering requirements, Spec, Etc.
 Participate in IAP sessions and assist PM and project controls in ensuring the process is smooth completed
 Monitor the Engineering project progress & update variance analysis in P6
 Safety, Cost, Schedule, Quality and Operability Stewardship responsibility for their assigned scope. Contract
ownership may also be delegated if appropriate
 Provide site engineering support as required to support execution activities, resolve technical issues, and
manage late design changes during Fabrication / Construction and Commissioning / Startup
 Provide inputs to MOM, Engineering change register, MOC & Risk registers.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 FEED level engineering, procurement and execution planning
 Arrange & Participates Design review meeting with client, contractor, vendor & sub-contractor
 Participates in HAZOP, ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection
 Participates in 2D/3D modeling review coordinate with contractor/customer
 Participates in identification and sourcing and management of long lead equipment’s
 Coordinates project issues between Engineering office and construction site
Execution Stage
 Responsible for the completion of the assigned work scope consistent with the Project Objectives
 Proactively manage issues, remove roadblocks, take corrective action
 Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improved performance
 Consolidate and gain alignment on Company position
 Define and Review inspections & testing requirements, Weld procedure, NDE procedures, reports,
Certificates, all discipline manuals, packing & preservation requirements.
