Responsibilities:
• Commence daily project control, coordination, and communication to all
stakeholders
• Weekly project progress field inspection,
• Perform weekly calculation of project progress, analyze variance, and
forecast the completion of schedule,
• Perform weekly calculation of actual manhours and analyze labor
productivity,
• Perform weekly project progress and labor productivity report,
• Perform monthly estimated project actual cost and forecast.

Personnel Requirements:
• Education background:
a) Minimum Diploma (D3) from a reputable University with minimum GPA
2.75.

• Working experience:
a) Minimum 2 (two) years experience in Scheduling and Cost Control.

• Technical Skill:
a) Project Management.
b) Scheduling/Cost Control.
c) Understanding of construction drawing & work sequence.

• Software Skills
a) Certified Primavera P6.
b) Advance in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

2. Field Cost Estimator Services

Responsibilities:
• Develop accurate detail cost re-estimation,
• Review, analyze and recalculate every cost estimation
• Periodically giving update data of labor, material and equipment unit cost
rates,
• Provide appropriate and technically accountable cost re-estimation
recommendation,
• Monitor approved AFE cost estimation and its execution,
• Prepare variance analysis of AFE budget approved and AFE budget
forecast.
 Personnel Requirements:
• Education background
a) Minimum Diploma (D3) from a reputable University with minimum
GPA 2.75.

• Working experience
a) Minimum 2 (two) years experience in cost estimating project
especially steel structure, mechanical piping scope.

• Technical Skill
a) Project Management.
b) Understanding WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) usage.
c) Understanding of construction drawing & work sequence.
d) Cost estimator/ quantity surveyor.

• Software Skills
a) Preferably could operating the Hard Dollar / WinEst software well.
b) Advance in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).

3. Field Engineer Services

Responsibilities:
• Analyze, perform, and ensure all activities in each assigned area of
technical skill to support Construction Team activities in order to achieve
good Safety, Quality, Cost and Environmental Standard,
• Provide a close cooperation with other group/designer and project
clients and coordinate, follow up specific issue between engineering and
construction.

Personnel Requirements:

• Education background
a) S1 degree from a reputable University with minimum GPA 2.75.
• Working experience
a) Minimum 3 (three) years experience in engineering or construction.
• Technical Skill
a) Broad knowledge of mining construction and technical skill.
b) Project Management.
c) Analytical Thinking.
d) Concern for Safety and Environment.
• Software Skills
a) AutoCad 2D and 3D.
b) Stadpro V.8 or higher or other Structure Analysis Program.
c) Advance in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
4. QA/QC Electrical & Instrument Inspector Services

Responsibilities:
• Interpret, reading and understanding drawing and specification and
International Code,
• Inspection quality installation Electrical part as per drawing such Pump,
Compressor, Tank, Motor, Transformer etc. And inspection base on Code
international as NETA, NEC, IEEE, etc,
• Testing all cable type such Continuity, Insulation resistance / Megger, VLF
Test,
• Inspection of transformer as SFRA, IR test, and other test,
• Inspection part at E-House, etc. and problem solving with FE / Engineering/
TE if any issue at E-House, etc,
• Make surveillance report,

Personnel Requirements:
• Education background
a. Bachelor’s degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
b. Minimum Diploma (D3) from a reputable University with minimum GPA
2.75.
c. Technical High School from a reputable School.

• Working experience
a. For Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering with 2 (two) years experience in plant
construction or mining works.
b. For Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, 5 (five) years experience in plant construction
/ mining works.
c. For Technical High School Major in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical 10
(ten) years experience in plant construction or mining works.

• Technical Skill
a. Able to read, understand, and interpreter, technical drawing
b. Have license low medium voltage.
c. Holding government LV driving license if preferred.
d. Excellent time management, problem solving, and communication
skills.

• Software Skills

5. QA/QC Mechanical & Piping Inspector Services

Responsibilities:
• Interpret reading and understanding drawings and specifications of static
and rotating mechanical systems,
• Verify conveyor drawings & specifications are up to applicable codes &
standards,
• Create an Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP),
• Control & monitor process/activities of construction, installation and
erection base on applicable SOP and other technical engineering
information,
• Compliance with the site's health and safety regulations.

Personnel Requirements:
• Education background
a. Bachelor’s degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
b. Diploma (D3) from a reputable University with minimum GPA 2.75.
c. Technical High School from a reputable School.

• Working experience
a. For Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering with 2 (two) years experience in
plant construction or mining works.
b. For Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, 5 (five) years experience in plant construction
or mining works.
c. For Technical High School Major in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical 10
(ten) years experience in plant construction or mining works.

• Technical Skill
a. Able to read, understand, and interpreter, technical drawing
b. For Piping Inspector must have Certificate for welding Inspector,
Piping Inspector & ASNT- TC -1A (UT & PT/MT).
c. For Mechanical Inspector must have static & rotating equipment
certificate.
d. Holding government LV driving license if preferred.
e. Excellent time management, problem solving, and communication
skills.

6. QA/QC Piping & Welding Inspector Services
Responsibilities:
• Interpret reading and understanding drawing and specifications of
piping/pipeline, pressure vessel, and tank systems,
• Convey drawing & specification to applicable code & standard,
• Check welding quality and have welding Inspector Certificate,
• Create an Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP),
• Guide, monitor and control the implementation of safety standards and
procedures within work area to minimize accident and damage,
• Control & monitor process/activities of construction, installation and
erection base on applicable SOP, WPS, PQR and other technical
engineering information,

Personnel Requirements:
• Education background
a. Bachelor’s degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
b. Minimum Diploma (D3) from a reputable University with minimum GPA
2.75.
c. Technical High School from a reputable School.

• Working experience
a. For Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering with 2 (two) years experience in plant
construction or mining works.
b. For Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, 5 (five) years experience in plant construction or
mining works.
c. For Technical High School Major in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical 10 (ten)

• Technical Skill
a. Able to read, understand, and interpreter, technical drawing
b. Piping Inspector must have Certificate for welding Inspector, Piping
Inspector & ASNT- TC -1A (UT & PT/MT).
c. Able to understand the specification and tolerance of civil, structure
and mechanical works stated on the project documents.
d. Having capability operate QC Tools.
e. Holding government LV driving license if preferred.

7. QA/QC Civil & Structural Inspector Services

Responsibilities:
• Interpret reading and understanding drawings to implement for
installation and building projects of concrete, foundation, steel, and
structural project,
• Interpret and reading technical specification of concrete, foundation,
Steel, and structural project,
• Convey drawing & specification to applicable code & standard,
• Create/prepare an Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) every single project,
• Do all testing as ITP requirement such as:
a. Conduct soil foundation testing like density testing, etc.
b. Conduct sand cone test.
c. Conduct plate bearing test.
d. Conduct hammer test.
e. Conduct tightening bolt structural.
f. Conduct plumb column.
• Prepare and review report/data for every single testing as ITP
requirement like:
a. Conduct soil foundation testing like nuclear density testing.
b. Conduct sand cone test.
c. Conduct plate bearing test.
d. Conduct hammer test.
e. Conduct tightening bolt structural.
f. Conduct plumb testing column.
• Perform quality inspections as listed in ITP in effective and efficient
manner, such as:
a. Quality Inspection of pouring slip concrete foundation, retaining
wall, and slab.
b. Quality Inspection pouring slip grouting column structural,
foundation motor, and foundation pump, etc.
c. Quality Inspection of erection structural building, pipe rack, etc.
d. Quality Inspection finishing, curing concrete.
e. Quality inspection road work.
f. Quality inspection building work.
g. Quality inspection drainage work.
h. Quality inspection water dam work.
• Prepare and report nonconformance finding (NCR) if any finding at field
and coordinate with engineering to find solution,
• Guide, monitor and control the implementation of safety standards and
procedures within work area to minimize accident and damage,

• Working experience

construction or mining works.
b. For Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, 5 (five) years experience in plant construction
or mining works.
c. For Technical High School Major in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical 10
(ten) years experience in plant construction or mining works.

• Technical Skill
a. Able to read, understand, and interpreter, technical drawing
b. Have experience for laboratory civil & Welding Inspector.
c. Able to understand the specification and tolerance of civil, structure
and mechanical works stated on the project documents.
d. Having capability operate QC Tools as alignment shaft
e. Holding government LV driving license if preferred.
f. Excellent time management, problem solving, and communication
skills.

8. Surveyor

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and descriptions of surveys
to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and
calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location,
elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other
characteristics of terrain.
• Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines,
elevations, and other measurements.
• Create the report of each specific works for documentation and records.
Personnel Requirements:
• Education background & Experience
a. Bachelor’s degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
b. Minimum Diploma (D3) from a reputable University with minimum GPA
2.75.
c. Technical High School from a reputable School.

• Working experience
a. For Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, with 2
(two) years experience in plant construction or mining works.
b. For Diploma (D3) in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, 5 (five) years
experience in plant construction or mining works.
c. For Technical High School Major in Surveying, 10 (ten) years experience
in plant construction or mining works.

• Technical Skill
a. Able to read, understand, and interpreter, technical drawing ( civil,
structure, and mechanical )
b. Knowledge of fundamentals of surveying, trigonometry, mapmaking,
and the methods, principles, and practice of surveying.
c. Having capability operate modern surveying instrument such like Total
Station, Digital Level, Laser Level, Pipe Level with Leica brand is preferred.
d. Holding government LV driving license if preferred.
e. Excellent time management, problem solving, and communication skills.
