Duties and Responsibilities
 Detail Measurement for Ducting ,Piping,Cable, Material and Equipment for Tendering and Construction.
 Checking of Documents, understanding of specifications,Site Surveying
 Preparation of Quotation and all relevant administration and documentation for Tender submission such as
Technical data, Schedule of unit rate. Catalogues submission
 Request quotation from supplier and Sub-Contractor
 Price comparison and costing summary of Sub Contractor Quotation
 Preparation of contracts, internal PO & PR and also external PO and payment claim according to company
procedure and regulation
 Check/Proceed/arrange and tabulate the Materials Orders.
