Organizational Experience - (13 Years)

 Having total 13+ years of experience in Engineering domain with hands on experience in Design,
drafting and validation of Electrical Harness installation drawing, Routing, Wiring Diagrams.
 Experience and handled Electrical Harness routing validation with respect to Airbus standards, such as
SIDP92, SIDP 20 & SIRD requirements in Digital Mock Up (DMU) for Airbus 350-900/1000.
 Hands on experience in TRS/MP, DQN, FUIDs implementation.
 Good Knowledge of Electrical harness design and validation for ATA 92.
 Experience on sub-ATA chapters of ATA92.
 Acquired Good knowledge in Airbus Processes, Methods and Procedures
 Drawing and annotation set validation for harness Installation in F3D.

Responsibilities:

 Performing DMU check for electrical harness routing and clamp installation
 Checking the changes given for the specific Design solution of clamps and harness with respect to
IMADE tickets (TRS, DQN, RTD)
 Followed SIDP 92, 20 for the Segregation and clearance with respect to environment, checking of
bending radius, deflection and sagging of bundle and Drip-loop, repair length of connectors
 Checking the part zone advisor with respect to reusability of the zones by designer
 Verification of the part zone linking of clamps and harness routing
 Verification and validation of IP (Interface Point), DMU data with respect to RIC and TRESTI
 Running of check process of clamps and harness provided by customer to optimizing the checking
process
 Analyzing the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) rejection and making root cause analysis for that.

Project: NEO process implementation in AMTRAK Project (US)


Customer: Alstom Transport France
Duration: 08/2017 – 01/2018
Responsibilities:

 Interpretation of Solution Principle Scheme (SPS) to create Functional Diagram (FD) by using SEE XP
 Interpretation of Train diagrams (Synoptic) to create Requirement Harness by using SEE XP
 Created wires by using SEE Topology by taking inputs FD, RH, equipment list from the centralized data
base Electrical Data Base (EDB)
 Creation of BOM for the connectors, back shells, connector coding data, etc in SEE topology to get the
output as .XML data for the wiring harness
 Checked the final BOM in Harness manager (SEE Harness Manager) by adding .XML data from SEE
Topology and 3D .xml from Train diagram.
 Strong knowledge of steps involved in the NEO process

Project: Wiring Diagrams for Concept Helicopter X6 Test Bench


Customer: Airbus Helicopter
Duration: 09/2016 – 07/2017
Responsibilities:

 Downloading and allotment of work to the engineers


 Updating the offshore status to the customer on daily basis
 Understanding the Interconnections Schema (Wiring Architecture) and converting them to Wiring
Diagrams for the test bench of Airbus Helicopter
 Creation of Billed of Material (BOM) for the electrical connectors, back shells, Wires, etc. used for the
test bench
 Providing training to new team members on the activity
 Quality check on the deliverable wiring diagrams and Bill of Materials with respect to the inputs
received
 Co-coordinating with customer for technical queries
