with captures in accordance with means and methods.

b) Aircraft Electrical harness:

Role: Quality Checker
 Electric harness DMU Fuselage A380, Clash analysis with ATA 21, ATA 53, ATA 92, segregation with types of
routings, Clash analysis, Brackets / Ramp requirement checks.
 Checking and decision making for UID installations for all retrofit electrical routing design. Adhere to TDD SIDP.

c) Aircraft Interiors: Chromate-free primer engineering documentation incorporation.

Role: Drawing, Part, Assembly rollout decision making and execution.
 Investigate any existing change documentation (Mod dwg, etc.) affecting parts.
 Create new dash number for existing part (“Dash roll”) incorporating existing change management.
 Revise Bill of material to include new part dash number with new surface finish code.
 Revise all applicable parent drawings to call the new dash number.
 Manage release cycle via Base de Données Ingénierie (BDI) to release documents in “GXLIBRARY”.
 This activity involves in changing the finish codes for aero-interior components (galley) as per the new Standards

Role: Execution, responsible for on time delivery self and team.
 Involved in complex Interior design and development projects such as BOEING XSB/TRS program interior mortise
and Tenon panel design and detailing of G4B galleys and G2 galleys.

 Detailing of final assembly drawings, sub assembly, part drawings, placard installation drawings, quality check of

 Concept design of bracket to avoid vibration damping effect occurred during galley vibration testing.

 Detail Design of Secondary structure for XWB-A350-900 Sec13-14 and Sec16-18 for Upper shell, Lower shell,
and Paxdoor surrounds for each package following aspects were covered.
 Creating manufacturing drawing for brackets & bracket installation,
 Checking the interface points validation while modifying solution for Bracket Assembly for Electrical & Mechanical
systems.
 Creating CFRP thermoplastic clips frame and composite parts as per Airbus standards.

different build stages of wing manufacturing and assembly line shop floor and process.

shaft, gear wheels and gear case housing were modeled from 2-D drawings. Assembly build, clearance and

Jaguar, lower hinge arm assembly, die design for pallets and header model from 2-D drawings, Assembly build
