SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
I have around 6+ years of work experience and worked as a Piping supervisor in KOC Project
(Upgradation of Gas and Condensate Network at South Kuwait-17051790). An excellent
knowledge of Isometric, P&ID,Route layout and General Arrangement Drawing of Piping
Structural and Equipment as well as Welding, Erection, Fabrication sound knowledge of
international codes & standards like ASME,ANSI,ASTM,API. Worked in Oil and Gas sector
sour service (HP, LP, FG & Condensate line) and Hydro testing in all aspects of mechanical
construction including Pipeline,Manifold Launcher/ Receiver, Piping, Welding, Drip barrel,
Header etc.

WORKING EXPERIENCE
 Worked with KCCEC as a Mechanical Supervisor from July 2018 to January 2022.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Supervise underground pipeline welding of API 5L A106 Gr B carbon steel 3LPE
coated pipe between GC4 to GC8 in KOC south Kuwait.
 Erection of piping spools and equipments like Pig Launcher/Receiver and Drip
barrels and fabrication of spools at fabrication yard.
 Erection of Headers and associated valves and spools to complete the piping loop.
 Line check & Hydro test activities, reinstatement of Hydro tested piping test
packs, dry out and preservation of reinstated piping system.
 Doing the continue walk through for preparation of punch list and follow up with
the subcontractor to close the punch point.
 Conformity checks during erection & installation of piping and equipment against
Isometrics, P&ID and GA/Layout Drawings.
 Monitor piping flushing, Hydro, Pneumatic tests, Reinstatement, Dry out, Leak
testing, Preservation activities and close out check lists after the completion.
 Carryout witness, inspection & surveillance checks in accordance with Site
Quality Plans and Procedures.
 PTW Holder in KOC.

 Worked with NASSER S AL HAJRI CORPORATION(NSH)-K.S.A as a Site

Engineer since June 2016 to May 2018.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Material inspection, site inspection and respective documentation and control,
prepare and issue of nonconformance reports.

  Verify and assure accreditation, certifications, approvals along with profiles of
Vendors, external/ third party or independent agencies for material receiving
inspection and attachment.
 Coordinate with Engg/technical department & solve the technical issue e.g. as
built/revised drawing, vendor issues and technical queries.
 Conducting dimensional checking & connection types as per approved IFC &
fabrication drawing.
 Conducting field installation/erection inspection for plumpness alignment & Bolt
tightness test by using applicable specifications & codes.
 Review technical data sheets, test reports -Type, Sample, Routine, Special etc…,
Certificates, and related drawings & documents issued for construction.
 Field check-up as per drawing to confirm the installation as per drawing tag
numbers.
 Coordinates with construction, testing group, and QC department in the
preparation test requirement of each test package.
 To conduct all required tests in accordance with Contract documents and to
prepare, fill in and sign all reports and forms as necessary for the compliance with
Contract Quality Standards.
 Co-coordinating with 3rd party for testing & attending the meeting internally,
consulting & clients.
 Review and implementation of Quality System & Control Procedures, Inspection
& Test Plans as per client project specifications, design criteria and different
international acceptance codes and standards.
 Check and review test package documents that the data contained here within are
accurate and complete prior to perform hydro test.
 Implement approved working procedures according to the standards.
 Coordinate with site engineers, vendors and clients for smooth flow of the project.
 Test package preparation and verification, Line checking and preparation of
pretest and reinstatement punch lists.
 Responsible for the inspection of pipe supports. Installed on the erected pipelines
as per IFC drawings and pipe support as per standard drawing.
 Ensure correct flanges (rating / specification), valves, and gaskets, based on bill of
materials (BOM) of ISO drawings.
 Making reinstatement punch list & clearing items.
 Inspection of gasket, supports, valves prior to line reinstatements acceptance as
per the latest dwg for construction, code & specification and standards.
 Reinstatement and pre-commissioning Inspection
 Coordinates to construction for punch list closure.
 Clearing of MCC(Mechanical Completion Certificate) items
