1. Project :ULFA Project - P-111001
 Client : CC Energy Development (Oman)
 Company : Al-Haditha Petroleum Services SAOG (Oman)
 Position : Mechanical Supervisor
 Date : 6th Jan-2018 to 4th Jan-2020.
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Understanding project scope of work, participating in technical discussion & ensuring
compliance with the prescribed company, clients, standards and statutory regulations.
 Handling 5-team at same time and conducting daily TBT meeting with all team members
and progress review meeting on weekly basis with contractors and client on work status.
 Responsible for on-site fabrication of piping and erection as per given drawing.
 Preparation of Thermal Expansion Loops as per requirement.
 Attending daily planning meeting and discussing the work to be done and co-ordination on
change in pipeline route and technical supports to Clients and sub-contractors on change in as
per physical site condition and decision making on trouble shooting job.
 Monitoring the welding activities as per WPS procedure and witnessing Welder
Qualification Test for welders; conducting visual inspection of fit up and welding joint
and performing visual inspection as per code specification.
 Organizing inspection on Pipeline fabrication & spools fabrication, pipe supports
fabrication and inspecting and witnessing all site quality activities like electrodes
qualification test, fit up, weld visual etc and co-ordinating with QC and NDT team for RT
activity.

 Conducting the purging, flushing, Hydro test for Valves, PSV/PRV, Pipeline/Piping system and

 Clearing all the PSSR punch point before conducting Pre-commissioning activity.
 Follow-up the consumable material, filter spares, tubes, trays and other materials for regular

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Worked in world largest Cracker ROGC Plant “Hydrocarbon Cracking Furnace-Area”
 Responsible for carrying out Isometric line checking and equipment nozzle position as per
mechanical data sheet for proper alignment and assembly erection.
 Responsible for carrying out walk through mechanical erection with client and contractor.
 Conducting Card-board testing and purging and flushing of line.
 Preparing documents and material for testing of line, valves/PSV and conducting of Hydro-
tests and leak test under the guideline of Area-Engineer.
 Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off
the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical static equipments.
 Ensure that all punch list items are resolved & handover is satisfactorily that there is no
prolongation of project.
 After Hydro-test and leak test checking files for Final Box-Up of individual line and verify the
test point is plugged & all the items are placed as per P&ID, updated isometric for smooth
operation.
 Following the checklist and closing all the punch point before commissioning of line, static
equipment and conducting the solo run.
 Coordination with scaffolding groups and preparation to make access for assembly the whole
lines at any elevation and to keep specific platform which can be used while commissioning.
 Line-up the system from equipment to equipment with trial flow of work and raw product trial
run-up with pipeline system.
 Commissioning of flow-line of loop system, overhead line, utility line, By-pass line according
the flow chart process under the guidelines.
 Preparing Daily reports (DPR), Weekly progress report (WPR), Fortnight Progress and Monthly
progress Report (MPR) and making analysis of planned schedule with actual progress and
submit reports to clients for review.
 Maintaining of Quality of works and safety as per given standard.
 Shutdown Activities (2 Major Shutdown in ROGC) 
 Planning schedule of work as per priority from operation department and categorizing the job.
 Raising Permit for the work and line-up of work and team member for proper utilization of time
and man-power.
 Conducting daily TBT with all team members, explaining the hazard in work, safety measures,
and work important.
 Fabrication of temporary spools and mark-up spools to be erected as per modification from
clients department.
 Responsible for Piping Modification (if any) and pipe support installation in accordance with
schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawing.
 Participating in Steam Blowing/Steam flushing, Hydro jetting, Strainer & filter cleaning.
 Dropping of Control valves/Spool/Strainer and Special parts for Cleaning and Inspection &
Box-up after inspection done by CTS.
 Conducting post hydro-test of valves, PSV before again installation in the line system
 Raising MTO(s)/MIN for all materials required to additional materials for hydro-test/Filter

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Understanding my scope of work and surveying of route for the Pipeline prior to the award of the
project to finalize the route and obstructions on the alignment of the pipeline and thereby finding out
the areas of which jurisdiction the alignment covers.
 Approaching to the concern authorities under whom the pipeline area covers to get the
permission for laying the pipeline.
 Planning and Execution to lay the MDPE Pipe for PNG supply from DRS to SR up to
consumer’s appliance.
 Walk-through of line with client executive before and after hydro-test for smooth operation
and commissioning work.
 Handling the responsibility of erection, testing and Pre-commissioning & commissioning of
MDPE/HDPE and steel pipelines ad handover to maintenance team
 Handling Responsibilities of underground N.G Pipe network upto charging and commissioning
work
 Specific layout drawing of Nalla-crossing and railway crossing as per site condition and taking
approval of drawing.
 Conducting Hydro Testing, pneumatic testing and nitrogen purging of Pipelines, SR sytem
