Rotating Equipment Mechanical Technician
Role & Responsibility
• Attending tool box talk before the job starts on daily basis regarding company’s health, safety &
environmental policy, work permit & procedures.
• Carried out Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up activity and Reporting to plant PC&SU
leader.
• Preparing Safe work permits, hot work, Cold work lifting and confined space permit.
• To perform maintenance works on high pressure equipment and hydraulic tensioning and tightening
of high pressure joints.
• Carry out blinding and de-blinding of connecting pipelines to equipment.

• Trouble - shooting and fault findings on Rotating Equipment failure and Inspection of equipment &
machinery to lubricate for smooth operations.
