Associate and Individual Bronze medal for the project South West Train Project -Roof & Underframe.
Received Accelerator award for the year of 2021 for the project of DLH A350 (Electrical)
Present Experience:
To perform independent design activities that Involve new product development and Engineering change
projects (B777 FRF, DLH A350 Suite and DLH A330 Seat).
To perform independent and working on Electro-Mechanical components, Electrical harness routing and
installation for Super first class suites and seats.
To understand the Block diagram (circuit diagram) of entire Aircraft i.e., Input Power cable and data cable
identification, to and from connections between electronic boxes and grounding cables.
Design and development of the brackets (holding and disc connect) to secure the Harness and mounting Electrical
boxes.
Harness routing and design the harness feasible path and length calculations based on to and fro m
connections.
Secure the harness by Tie-wraps and tie mounts based on standards provided by Boeing and Airbus.
Create the installation 2D-drawing byusing UG NX drafting and 3D-PDF by using Acrobat adobe software and get agreed
with customer for manufacturing.
Project details:
DLH A350/A330 and BA-B777 Electrical - Lufthansa A330, Swish A350 and BA B-777 are related to super first class
suites. we have creation of electrical harness routes for complete LRU's and IFE's as per BD without deviating electrical
standards.
Past experiences:
Antenna GSM + GPS (New concept)-Concept design of Antennas GSM + GPS as per the M7- trainrequirement.
Mounting structure simplified as compared to M6 -train and modified for Centre antenna for better access during
servicing HVAC driver cabin-roof area
Horn and Whistle installation: Did complete pneumatic arrangement (Zero clashes with environment) based on the
customer requirements
Roof structure assembly Free edges closing concept - New design proposal developed for Existing
corrugation sheeting to be trimmed off to accommodate different shapes of end caps. Along with HVAC
interface changed (New angle brackets proposed)
Tubing -Pneumatic routing for entire car underframe for different cars like DM-1, DM-2, PLM, DTLW, M3... along with
underframe measurement drawings, underframe layout drawings, underframe equipment drawings and T-bolt matrix.

technology, designed folded-unfolded armrest Assembly and divans are positioned in different areas in LOPA (Layout of
Passenger Accommodations).
Sands divans-LV03:-Designed corner unit seat (composite box) with the help of styling data, designed Plug-in armrest,
splice kit Assembly along with cabling and divans are positioned in different areas in LOPA (Layout of Passenger
Accommodations).and Created Drawings.
Lear-85 Seat– Created Drawing & Assembly For Prototype Release For Product Development And Modeling for Non-
Parametric to Parametric.
