 Preparation of General arrangement drawings (GA), for Clients approval and shop fabrication.
 Coordinating & communicating with the clients for drawing approvals.
 Preparation of all detailed drawings for shop fabrication and line assembly.
 Preparation of bill of materials and documentation required for procurement.

 Inspection of sheet metal fabrication and Powder coating at client facilities and in-house.
 Work with team to develop, qualify, and implement new products& product improvements.
 Working closely with manufacturing engineers to ensure best practice for manufacture and assembly.

Role:-
 Creating 2D and 3D mechanical drawings of project.
 Design and development of Sheet metal products for panels, and precision parts/items accessories etc.
 Designing all types of sheet metal enclosures for accommodating of various electrical and electronic
components.
 Verification the development drawing before releasing to CNC punching.
 Nesting of all development drawings incorporated in sheets for CNC programming and punching.
 Provide support to resolve/clarify fabrication or production issues.
 Provide a proper designed drawings & route card for further process like CNC punching, fabrication,
and production.
 Involved from design to production of final finished good.

Academic projects:-

DESIGN AND MODELLING OF A MAGNETORHEOLOGICAL BRAKE SYSTEM:-

 The aim of this work is to develop a magneto rheological brake system that has to performance
advantages over conventional hydraulic systems, as wells as provide a more environmentally friendly
solution.

AIR COMPRESSED PNEUMATIC KIT:-

 The main aim this pneumatic system, is to energy is stored in a potential state under the form of
compressed air. Working energy (kinetic energy and pressure) results in a pneumatic system when the
compressed air is allowed to expand.

 Ability to work independently on 3D/2D design software.

 Application of GD&T and tolerance.
 Good understanding of fundamentals area of Mechanical design.
