Work Experience (10.0 Years):

1. Have been working as a civil Engineer (project coordination Pre-engineered Steel
Structural Building (PEB) in Bangladesh Building Systems Ltd. (A pioneer
company in PEB field, H/O: Middle Badda) since October -10, 2016.

2. Main project features: The overall project development develop which consists
Construction of Steel structures, garment industry ,commercial building steel, power
plant, factory steel building.

 Duties/Responsibilities:
o Travelling to visit & call potential clients
o Interpreting the drawings, specifications, BOQ and conditions of contract, etc. to the
contractor.
o Ensuring time schedule on implemented progress.
o Supervising the construction at site to ensure quality of workmanship & material.
o Ensuring strict adherence of the construction work to the drawings and specifications so
that the standard specification is followed in construction work.
o Recording authorized deviation from contract drawings. Ensuring masonry work (RCC
Column layout plan), (steel post, beam, rafter, installation), building element, roof sheeting
work, and wall cladding work as per design and check list.
o Ensuring against the use of inferior materials and workmanship.
o Recording the measurements of works which are completed and specifically of
works which will be covered up from view or excluded from excess.
o Maintaining daily records of progress, materials, labors, machinery at site as well as daily
log.
o Checking all the measurements according to working drawing for Payment Certificates and
forward to client for payment.
o Demonstrating internal & external lab test report of materials, from contractor and give to
client for payment.
o Examining shop drawing with assembly drawing for Steel Structure erection and solve
issues as per site circumstance.
o Co-coordinating with client and contractor to prevent any conflict or delay of work
schedule time.
