Here is what you should do:
1. Download this torrent
2. Download the patch (English Patch) :

Now to your computer

Go to Start
Control Panel
Clock, Language and Region
Region and Language
Administrative Tab
under Language for non-Unicode programs,
Change the system locale to Japanese (Japan)
Restart

4. Next
> Now you have THE GAME and THE PATCH
5. Make New Folder and Rename it (Any name will do)
You can place this folder anywhere
> Put The Game and The Patch inside this folder
> EXtract them in seperate folder
6. Now we go to THE PATCH
> Folder "Fate Stay Night Realta Nua English"
> In this folder you will find "faterealtanua_savedata"
> Copy and Place it in "MY DOCUMENT"
7. Now we go to THE PATCH (Again)
> Folder "Fate Stay Night Realta Nua English"
> In this folder you will find many folders:
1. English patches
2. Flowchart
3. H Mod
4. Vita Op patches
5. Vits OST patches
> Now Copy All File inside those 5 Folders into :
Folder "faterealtanua_savedata" in your My Document
> DO NOT COPY THE FOLDER, but copy all files inside
8. Now we go to THE GAME
> Open Folder "Fate Crack"
> Fate?^stay night[Realta Nua] -Fate-.exe
> Remove "/" and "[" and "]"
> and here is the result : Fatestay nightRealta Nua -Fate-.exe
> Copy "Fatestay nightRealta Nua -Fate-.exe" and "data.xp3"
into Folder "Fate"
9. The last, Inside Folder "Fate"
> Double Click "Fatestay nightRealta Nua -Fate-.exe"
> and Happy Gaming

10. Oh!! and for the "Heaven's Feel" and "Unlimited Blade Works" just play, The
story has many ending, depending on your choise.
> Heaven Feel and Unlimited Blade Works are continuity from Fate Stay Night
> In Fate Stay Night : You Will Focus on Saber
> In Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works : You Will Focus on Tohsaka Rin
> In Fate Stay Night Heaven's Feel : You Will Focus on Matou Sakura
