RE: Request for Extension of Prescribed Period
Dear Ms. Rentoy;
This letter is in reference to your letter titled 1st Endorsement (Cease and Desist Order)
dated April 27, 2016 for complaints relating to noise nuisance coming from business
operation and failure to comply with the directives given by your Department.
An extension of up to ninety (90) days is being requested in order to ensure the orderly
deliberation of instituting mitigating measures to contain sound emissions coming from
the business operation. This extension is necessary due to the need for consultation which
will compel us to hire an audio engineer who will provide us with valid and key
recommendations to pursue the compliance for the above-mentioned directive.
We would also like to show our extensive efforts to meet the requirements prescribed by
your Department. Attached herewith is the copy of our Barangay Business Clearance and
Official Receipt for Application of Environmental Clearance for submission.
